Free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK
Studio pickup is available in Barkarby, Stockholm – please contact us in advance to schedule your pickup.

Europe (EU and non-EU countries)
Trackable mail: 99 SEK
Buyers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import VAT when the order arrives in their country.

International (outside Europe)
Trackable mail: 299 SEK
Customs and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Taxes & Import Fees
Taxes (VAT) are included for buyers within the EU.
Outside the EU may need to pay customs fees, import VAT, or other delivery charges upon arrival.
We do not cover these additional costs – all import-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can´t you find you country at checkout?
Please email us at lavendelfabrik@gmail.com and we’ll see if it’s possible to deliver to your location.
Note: Delivery to new countries may take a little extra time to arrange.

What if your order hasn´t arrived?
Lavendelfabrik is a small independent business, and we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t arrived or is taking longer than expected, please send us an email at lavendelfabrik@gmail.com.
We’ll do our best to sort it out as quickly as possible and make sure your order gets to you.

All orders are shipped from Sweden.

Return policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order was delivered.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To make a return, please email us at lavendelfabrik@gmail.com within 14 days. We will guide you through the return process.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.
If you'd like a different item, simply return your order and place a new one.

Claims / Damaged orders
If something went wrong with your order or it arrived damaged, email us at lavendelfabrik@gmail.com.
We assess each case individually and follow general consumer protection guidelines (based on Swedish “Reklamationsverket” standards).

Sustainability
As an artist soul, creating with awe and respect for the earth is essential.
I try to use local and ecological materials whenever possible.
Working with leftover materials and turning one thing into something else is both a way for me to stay sustainable and a source of creative inspiration.
